Why should I go to college?
Research shows that up to 60% of all jobs will require some sort of college education by 2025. Right now, only 37% of all Michigan residents have a high quality degree. In order to compete in the job market, students must get some sort of training or education past high school. College includes community college, certificates, trade schools, apprenticeships, educational internships,, military, etc. Every student has the potential to go to college and there is a program out there for every student.
What is a fee waiver and how do I know if I am eligible for one?
A fee waiver basically means you do not have to pay for your college applications and up to two ACT re-takes. You are eligible if you qualify for free or reduced lunch or if your family income falls within the guidelines. Please see Miss Pitone for any questions!
How do I make an appointment to talk with you about college?

I want to play a sport in college. Who should I contact for that?
If you are considering playing sports at a D1 or Big Ten school, odds are that probably is not going to happen. You will have a much better chance at playing sports for a NAIA school or D2 or D3. The earlier you start recruiting a school, the better chance you have at playing on the team. Do not rule out community college either.
